Overview (will keep additing):

• Quantify with hours and numbers of questions. Start with a target around hours spent, like 108 hours and 108 LC.
• Log hours to see how much time is actually spent. Just like a weekly sprint.
• Visualize those Log hours to keep reminding how time is spent.
• Apply learning techniques along the way.
• Reduce time on distraction (like Dota2). :(
