I was watching through Joma’s video on his YouTube channel about a guy named Cyrus Xi receiving amazing offers and I think his tips on preparing / learning in general are worth documenting. So, here it is.

Along the read, I found this amazing article on Career Planning. Seems it was originally written by Marc Andreessen. The same dude part of the a16z VC fund.

Overview (will keep additing):
- Quantify with hours and numbers of questions. Start with a target around hours spent, like 108 hours and 108 LC.
- Log hours to see how much time is actually spent. Just like a weekly sprint.
- Visualize those Log hours to keep reminding how time is spent.
- Apply learning techniques along the way.
- Reduce time on distraction (like Dota2). :(
